Callidus Design has been appointed by Davis Langdon to assist with the production of M&E service information as part of an exercise to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for a number of buildings within the South Lanarkshire region. Callidus Design will focus on the mechanical and electrical service elements of each building, with Davis Langdon personnel simultaneously examining the building internal and external fabric.
