Callidus Design has been appointed by Crownhouse Technologies to design the electrical services associated with Edinburgh University’s introduction of the ARCHER supercomputer at their site at The Bush, Roslin, Midlothian. The electrical design includes extending the existing High Voltage infrastructure with 4No additional package sub stations complete with 2No 2.5MVA 11kV/400V transformers and a 3200A low voltage switchboard per sub station.
